Regenerative Movement
Pain Has Changed the Way You Move. Let’s Change the Way We Approach It.

Personalized medical care focused on understanding your pain, improving mobility, supporting recovery, and helping you return to the activities that matter most.
Maybe your knees hurt when you climb stairs. Your shoulder limits your workouts. Your back aches after a long day, or an old injury continues to interfere with your daily routine.
Perhaps you’ve tried resting, taking medications, or modifying your activities, only to find that the discomfort keeps returning.
At MARÉAS, we understand that pain can affect your independence, confidence, sleep, work, and overall quality of life.
Joint discomfort, muscle injuries, nerve-related symptoms, and reduced mobility can develop for many reasons, including overuse, inflammation, degenerative changes, previous injuries, and underlying medical conditions.
Our approach begins with understanding where it hurts, how it affects your life, and what may be causing it—then developing an individualized medical plan based on your needs and clinical findings.

BEYOND THE PAIN
You Deserve More Than Temporary Relief. You Deserve to Understand What’s Causing Your Pain.
At MARÉAS, we believe managing pain begins with understanding the person experiencing it—not simply treating the area that hurts.
Two patients may experience knee pain for entirely different reasons. One may be dealing with osteoarthritis, while another may have a tendon injury, inflammation, or a mechanical problem affecting joint function.
The same symptom does not always require the same treatment.
We consider your medical history, previous injuries, activity level, functional limitations, and personal goals to better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Whether your priority is walking comfortably, returning to the gym, managing chronic pain, or maintaining independence, our goal is to help you explore medically appropriate options that support mobility and quality of life.
You tell us what hurts and what you want to get back to doing. We help determine the most appropriate path forward.

Your concerns start the conversation. Your clinical evaluation determines the treatment.

Joint Health & Osteoarthritis Support
Management of joint pain and stiffness may include activity modification, strengthening exercises, physical therapy, appropriate medications, or selected joint injections, depending on your diagnosis and individual circumstances.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
PRP uses a concentrated preparation of platelets obtained from your own blood. It may be considered for selected joint or soft-tissue conditions, including certain tendon disorders and knee osteoarthritis.
Evidence varies by condition, and results are not guaranteed. Appropriateness is determined through clinical evaluation.

Hyaluronic Acid Joint Injections
Certain hyaluronic acid preparations are used in managing knee osteoarthritis, although clinical guidelines do not recommend routine use because benefits are inconsistent.
When considered, we discuss potential benefits, limitations, risks, and alternatives.

Neuropathy & Nerve-Related Symptoms
Evaluation of burning, tingling, numbness, and unusual sensitivity to identify potential causes and appropriate care.
Recommendations may include further diagnostic testing, medication management, targeted interventions, or referral for specialized evaluation.

Neuromodulation & Targeted Pain Therapies
Certain chronic pain conditions may benefit from treatments that influence how pain signals are processed or transmitted through the nervous system.
Appropriate options depend on diagnosis, available evidence, eligibility, and treatment-specific risks and benefits.

Sports Injury & Soft-Tissue Recovery
Individualized evaluation of muscle strains, tendon injuries, ligament-related conditions, and repetitive-use problems.
Recommendations may include activity modification, guided rehabilitation, strengthening strategies, or selected medical interventions.

Acute & Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain
Evaluation of recent or persistent musculoskeletal pain to identify contributing factors and develop appropriate management strategies focused on comfort, mobility, and physical function.
You’ve Already Adjusted Your Life Around the Pain. It’s Time to Explore a Different Approach.
Maybe you’ve stopped exercising because your knee hurts. Perhaps you’ve learned to avoid certain movements or plan your days around discomfort.
At MARÉAS, we recognize how frustrating it can be when pain begins to dictate what you can and cannot do.
That’s why we don’t begin by assuming you need PRP, a joint injection, neuromodulation, or any particular procedure.
We begin by understanding you.
Sometimes the right approach involves a targeted medical intervention. Other times, it may involve rehabilitation, strengthening, additional diagnostic evaluation, or referral to another specialist.
Our priority is to recommend care that fits your clinical needs—not to fit your symptoms into a predetermined treatment.
Because better movement starts with better understanding.
